The housing inventory is low which has affected the housing prices to begin to rise, which makes for a more stable market. This has also resulted in a surge in new construction building!
Taking the live prelicensing course is only the beginning. You must pass the school exam, the Arizona Department of Real Estate State exam and take the six hour contract writing course before you are able to activate your license. Then, you must find a broker to "hang" your license.
Hello. Welcome to the online home of Winn School of Real Estate, LLC, your local real estate school located in Prescott Valley at 6717 E. 2nd St., D, offering live real estate pre licensing courses for new licensee candidates. We also offer live and online continuing education hours for existing licensees and the required six hour contract writing course required for new licensee candidates to activate.
This is the BEST time to get licensed and start your new career!
You can start class anytime (as long as there is room) or wait until the next session. Complete this pre- registration form and let us know when we might expect you in class!
The prelicensing course will teach you a great deal, but your real education begins once you are licensed and working with a brokerage. To be effective, learning the inventory in your area, the selling techniques, the community history and culture are a must.
Our Live Agent Prelicensing courses are open enrollment courses, meaning you may enter the course at anytime. Our first pre-licensing course of 2017 will begin in January as an evening class. Then in February the daytime class will begin. You can mix and match the sessions from any of the classes and finish faster. To sign up, click on the Licensing Course tab to view the class schedules and register today!
Please contact me if you should have any questions.
