Betty Winn is the owner/administrator/head instructor of Winn School of Real Estate, LLC. She has been a real estate licensee since 1986 and broker/owner of her own real estate company since 1993. Betty worked for a few local title companies when her family relocated to the Prescott Area in 1999 and also spent nearly two years at a local homeowners association management company. A copy of her local work experience can be read here. William O'Leary is the founding partner of O’Leary Eaton, PLLC. Mr. O’Leary attended law school at the University of San Diego School of Law, and graduated in 1993. He is admitted to practice law by the State Bar of Arizona and also admitted in the Federal District Court of Arizona. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration with majors in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arizona is 1987. (Click here for complete bio.)
Pete Weaver graduated from college with a degree in Electrical Engineering and spent 26 years in the high-tech field. Pete found his second calling in the real estate industry. He brings the same enthusiasm to real estate that he has in his previous endeavors. As the Owner / Designated Broker of West USA Realty of Prescott, he has an extensive knowledge of the Prescott real estate market. Pete is now a full time non-competing broker, mentoring and supervising approximately 100 agents to be successful in the Prescott real estate market. To further his commitment to the real estate industry, Pete is now teaching pre-licensing and continuing education courses to pre-licensees and active real estate agents.
Chad Nanke is an Associate Broker with West USA of Prescott and has been a licensed real estate professional in Arizona since 2001. He also worked as a licensed loan originator for a few years. His extensive experience in both real estate and lending makes him a wonderful instructor for pre-licensing and continuing education. We are proud to have Chad as part of our teaching team.
Jamie Nixon is the owner/broker of Top Notch Property Management & Sales in Prescott Valley, AZ. She has been licensed in the real estate profession since 1994 and received her broker's license in 2012. Jamie specializes in property management and leasing but has also excelled in the sales side of this industry. Her expertise in property management has made her invaluable as an instructor for our school. Jamie has a “tell it the way it is” style that the students need to grasp the concepts for their licensing exam.
