Betty Winn is the owner/administrator/head instructor of Winn School of Real Estate, LLC. She has been a real estate licensee since 1986 and broker/owner of her own real estate company since 1993. Betty worked for a few local title companies when her family relocated to the Prescott Area in 1999 and also spent nearly two years at a  local homeowners association management company. William O'Leary is the founding partner of O’Leary Eaton, PLLC. Mr. O’Leary attended law school at the University of San Diego School of Law, and graduated in 1993. He is admitted to practice law by the State Bar of Arizona and also admitted in the Federal District Court of Arizona. Pamela J. Pearsall is the past Yavapai County Assessor. Pamela took office in January 2009 and served until January of 2017. She has been involved in the real estate market in Arizona since 1975, earning her real estate license in 1980. Pam is an accomplished author penning Whispers of Turth.

Bebe Wright joined Arizona Commercial in 1993. Bebe has been active in commercial real estate since 1980, in Southern California and Arizona. Bebe holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation and a CCIM designation, as well as a Broker’s License in Arizona and California. Bebe acts as Designated Broker for Arizona Commercial and brings her experience in the commercial industry to the commercially based continuing education she teaches for the school.
Cynthia Yannitelli is the managing broker for Realty Executives of Northern Arizona and has been licensed in Arizona since 1998. She has had experience in HR/Accounting and has a background in the legal field, hazardous waste services and sale management. 
Diane Heller has been a real estate agent for thirty years. She first worked as an agent for fifteen years in New Jersey beginning in 1985. She began working in Arizona as a Realtor in 2000 in the Phoenix area, and relocated her business to Prescott in 2012.In 2006 Diane became a broker. Her past real estate related experience includes working as a residential real estate appraiser and title insurance producer. She is an Associate Broker at BloomTree Realty and mentors new agents after they have joined the company..
Pete Weaver graduated from college with a degree in Electrical Engineering and spent 26 years in the high-tech field. Pete  found his second calling in the real estate industry. He brings the same enthusiasm to real estate that he has in his previous endeavors. As the Owner / Designated Broker of West USA Realty of Prescott, he has an extensive knowledge of the Prescott real estate market. Pete is now a full time non-competing broker, mentoring and supervising approximately 100 agents to be successful in the Prescott real estate market. To further his commitment to the real estate industry, Pete is now teaching pre-licensing and continuing education courses to pre-licensees and active real estate agents.
